Someone was asking at Papua Bank for a gate to Delucia, so Lewt was quick to the call! He buys some time by saying he needs mana as he gives Noto Rooter a rune to recall off and informs him to dispel the other side of the gate.

Once on the other side of the Gate, Lewt and Noto Rooter realize who the unfortunate soul is.....Dip the miner!

Dip the miner once again feels he's being harassed. So he calls another counselor:

Galad arrives on the scene to see that Dip has once again been screwed by LuT. Noto Rooter quickly dispels the Gate to prevent Dip from escaping.
